Milestones
The Club was formed on September 10, 1982 and the Club and its members have been recognized many times over the years by our national organization, OSUAA, for their accomplishments. These achievements were due in large part to the dedication of our officers and the support of our membership and fans! GO BUCKS!

| NOTE: Beginning in 2016, OSUAA revised the names and criteria for recognizing and awarding alumni clubs. Clubs are now categorized as Carmen, Gray or Scarlet Clubs. Scarlet Clubs are the top performing clubs. |
| May 2016 – Club performs a major website upgrade to meet new Ohio State guides and moves hosting to an Ohio State hosted server as sacvalley.alumni.osu.edu. |
| September 2015 – OSUAA names the club an Outstanding Alumni Club |
| September 2014 – OSUAA names Disa Banker, past President, an alumni club Best Buckeye Award recipient |
| September 2013 – OSUAA names Gary Penwell, Board Member and Webmaster, an alumni club All Star Award recipient |
| October 2012 – Club celebrates the 30th anniversary of the club founding. |
| September 2012 – OSUAA names the club a Gold Star Alumni Club, the highest club award |
| September 2012 – OSUAA names Ramona Moenter, Board Vice President, an alumni club All Star Award recipient |
| September 2011 – OSUAA awards the club a Honorable Mention |
| September 2010 – OSUAA awards the club a Honorable Mention |
| April 2010 – Club hosts reception for E. Gordon Gee, President of OSU, and Archie Griffin, President of OSUAA |
| December, 2008 – Club website, sacvalleybuckeyes.com, goes live – the actual site is no longer live. |
| September, 2006 – OSUAA names the club an Outstanding Alumni Club |
| September, 1993 – OSUAA awards the club a Buckeye Merit Award |
| September, 1992 – OSUAA names the club an Outstanding Alumni Club |
| September, 1991 – OSUAA awards the club a Honorable Mention |

| September 10, 1982 – The Ohio State University Alumni Club of the Sacramento Valley was officially organized under OSUAA. |
